- Machine weight (approx. 1200–1500 kg)
- Dimensions (width, height, length)
- Speed (100–150 PPM for biscuit machines, 40–80 PPM for rusk/bread machines)

- Power options (Single Phase / Three Phase)
are approximate and may vary depending on product customization and upgrades.
UNIQ PACK reserves the right to modify machine design, features, and technical specifications without prior notice for product improvement.
3. Pricing & Payment Terms
- All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Prices may vary depending on customization and raw material cost.
- Advance payment is required to confirm the order.
- Final dispatch will be processed after full payment clearance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment terms will be clearly mentioned in the official quotation or proforma invoice.
4. Order Confirmation & Cancellation
- Orders are confirmed only after receipt of advance payment.
- Customized machines cannot be cancelled once production has started.
- Cancellation requests (if applicable) must be submitted in writing.
Refund policies (if applicable) will be governed by the specific agreement provided at the time of order.
5. Delivery & Installation
- Delivery timelines are approximate and depend on production schedule and customization requirements.
- Transportation cost and risk during transit may be borne as per quotation terms.
- Installation and training support will be provided as agreed in the order confirmation.
Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, supply chain issues, government regulations, etc.) shall not result in liability.
6. Warranty & Service
- Warranty terms will be clearly mentioned in the official invoice or agreement.
- Warranty does not cover damages caused by:
- Improper handling
- Electrical fluctuations
- Unauthorized modifications
- Lack of maintenance
- Use of non-recommended spare parts
After-sales service support is available as per company policy.

- Logo
- Product images
- Technical designs
- Website content
are the intellectual property of UNIQ PACK and protected under applicable trademark and copyright laws.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
UNIQ PACK shall not be held liable for:
- Production losses
- Business interruption
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Improper use of machinery
The buyer is responsible for ensuring proper installation, operation, and maintenance of the machine.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts in Maharashtra.
10. Amendments
